Scheduled Dispatch Trigger

Orders tagged with a future delivery date/time are held and dispatched to Little Cab shortly before the pickup window instead of immediately. Point a Cloud Scheduler job at this URL (every 1-5 minutes) with header x-dispatch-secret set to the secret below to send them on time.
